To empower women, T.J. Maxx launched The Maxx You Project, a purpose-driven initiative. TJ Maxx’s The Change Exchange campaign was launched in 2021 as part of this initiative. For the same, it collaborated with actor and New York Times bestseller Mindy Kaling.
